On the machine on which you want to install Microsoft Office, go to lancaster.ac.uk/office365. It starts to install and then just says Microsoft Office Encounter an Error and Failed to Install.

If you have problems with Microsoft Office on one of these devices, rather than trying to install it again yourself, please report a problem to ISS. Microsoft Office should already be installed and available via the start menu.
